I've been working with a product called PageSucker. It's packaged for only Windows and MAC OS and had the same problem with // as wget but the current beta has fixed this issue and as it's written in java it should work wherever Fred does. Pull down the windows distribution from http://www.pagesucker.com/beta_download.html#2 extract the .jar and launch it with something along the lines of "java -Xmx1g -cp pagesuckerclasses.jar jfr.pagesucker.Main"
