Please give the precise error messages whenever possible. If you got a RNF error, then you probably need better seed nodes. Search Google for "seednodes.ref" and try to find one that's relatively recent. Overwrite your own seednodes.ref file with the new one, then restart your node and try again. Since you're running Windows, you should also beware, because there are still some bugs to work out in the Windows installer.
