Unfortunately this is difficult, because Ant's gzip functionality can't 
modify file permissions :-(

Someone is working on an RPM at the moment, and we will make sure that 
there is also a DEB available on release of 0.5, so hopefully few people 
will actually need to use the .tgz distro, and those that do should be 
more than capable of doing a sh start-freenet.sh
