Using the 0.5 candidates on windows, I am unable to launch fserve. I am
also unable to launch the config option from the tray icon, but able to
double-click launch the config icon from the folder. The fserve error
message is as follows:
C:\Program Files\Freenet>fserve
Couldn't find FSERVE in section Freenet Launcher in .\FLaunch.ini
Executing: "C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.0\bin\java.exe"
Usage: java [-options] class [args...]
(to execute a class)
or java -jar [-options] jarfile [args...]
(to execute a jar file)

although I was not able to gut fully up and running with 0.4, I did not
see this error before.
