You don't need to worry about responding. Obviously, eventually, I found you had not sent me a questionaire, but were sending it to knowledgeable peoples. Unfortunately, it did look like a questionaire.
Good luck. How about posting a message to support (the only place we know to look for a little help) when you get the system working well enough to make sense. How about also posting a notice here if you ever get a introduction to tell us non-freenet-gurus how to use the system when it does get to working. Just a simple list of what to remove so we can really start fresh, including how to get the 1.4.x java out of our system. If there had not been a note regarding upgrading java here I would never have loaded that thingie. Now I have no idea how to get rid of it and still have the earlier version in operating condition (apart from occassion java errors of HTML pages -- which may really be errors) only here does 1.4.x perhaps produce problems.
