unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case.
i've had the node up for 19 hours now, and i've got 16 heisenbugs.
according to the global network load stats i've got 2834 requests per
hour.. that doesn't exactly add up to 65k.
 
yesterday tough, i had to reboot after about 23 hours uptime and during
this 23 hours there was no heisenbug.

How frequent is this? It shouldn't occur more than once in every 65536
requests, the occasional one is harmless.
