[freenet-support] freenetproject.org/snapshots time zone

Is there any chance that the file times on the freenetproject.org server could be converted from some obscure and unstated time zone (does it have daylight saving, e.g.?) to UTC? Or at least that the deviation from UTC could be stated? It might help to keep up with the almost hourly updates to the stable release code. Not that I am criticising, but it's a little hard to keep up.
