There's no way to have fred bind the FCP port to only the local IP;
the current code will only do localhost or all interfaces. To change
it to all interfaces, use the fcpHosts parameter as follows:
fcpHosts=192.168.0.0/24,127.0.0.1/8,1.2.3.4
