[freenet-support] unsubscribing--web interface broken!

Hi, I'd like to unsubscribe from both these lists, but the web interface for them seems to be broken. I can get to the description page for each list, but when I enter my email address to get to the personal options page, nothing happens, and the connection times out. I don't know my password, so I can't unsubscribe without the web interface AFAIK. Can someone tell me what's wrong and/or unsubscribe me?
