It would seem that FIW has inserted a splitfile with metadata in the chunks. If this is a FEC splitfile, this is explicitly disallowed and expected to cause bad behaviour. If this is a non-FEC splitfile, perhaps it should be allowed (at the expense of turning off paranoid CHK checking).
