Very strange... I assume %3a is ":"... your web browser should have sent
just /SSK@Pqb7VI1DhPl1kaB0p4-CJyFfUUcPAgM/TII// - are you using the
freenet server as a web proxy or something?

Why are you transient? You don't have to be 24x7 to be permanent.
