[freenet-support] Important: Please update to latest unstable

Those running unstable, and *particularly* those whose nodes are being 
used to harvest the seednodes should update to latest unstable (build 
6330) ASAP as there has been an important improvement (as documented by 
Matthew's recent email to devl) which may resove the serious routing 
problems we have been seeing lately.  Unfortunately we will only see the 
benefits once most people have upgraded.

This really needs to get merged to stable so please help us test it in 
unstable as quickly as possible.

Basically the improvement is that nodes now share information about 
other node's performance which means that nodes should be able to 
evaluate the performance of other nodes much more rapidly than before.
