You can cancel payment at any time through the Paypal web interface. I suggest you contact Paypal customer support if you do not know how to do this.

This is a significant problem, and if you feel inclined to continue I will be forced to contact authorities on grounds that you are stealing from my paypal account. You need to remedy the situation immediately.
