It sounds like you want to run Frost on freenet.  Using freenet alone,
you can't share files off of your system, you have to publish them
into freenet.  I haven't used frost, but I understand it helps (or
is necessary) to have freenet running on your system.

To get reference numbers (seednodes),

(1) Stop freenet.

(2) Download

http://freenetproject.org/snapshots/seednodes.ref

into the directory where freenet.jar is, replacing
the old copy of seednodes.ref.

(3) Note that the timestamp on seednodes.ref must be
newer that the timestamp on certain files which freenet
writes out before it stops, so make sure you download
seednodes.ref after you stop freenet.
