The crashing is not normal. If you haven't upgraded to 5063, you should upgrade. If you have 5063 and it's crashing, any log entries or other details would be good to know about. The larger seednodes.ref is normal, for now. Build 5063 switched from classic routing to NGR, which is why the node references contain all of the extra estimator data.
