FUQID will decrypt the file once it finishes downloading, so encryption should not be the problem. If you're running Windows, try gspot to determine what codecs are required for the file you downloaded: http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ Alternately the file may simply be corrupt. If FUQID said something about a bad checksum when it verified the file, this is likely the case.
