Well besides the obvious answer of change ISPs.... 
The only answer I see is too throw so my IP addys at them they can't possibly block 
them all.  Either by growing the network to a massive scale 100,000s of nodes.  Or by 
reporting fake IPs so that any automated software would end up block real websites and 
thus alienating support for the project.  Of course the reporting of fake IPs would 
severally hurt network performance as a node would have to try for a lot longer to try 
to find a real node in a flood of fake ones.
But the sad truth of the matter is if your ISPs really doesn't want you to see 
something; there is not 100% way around it.
