Hmmm. What build are you running? (Web Interface page). Then go to Advanced mode and then to the Open Connections page... do you have any open connections? You might want to try reseeding (download seednodes.ref from http://freenetproject.org/snapshots/ and save it over your existing one, while the node is off, then restart the node).
