Do you mean the freenet-site itself, or www.freenethelp.org? You are more then welcome to add further to the spanish section on the wiki; you can simply add and change it by using the 'edit' button. If you're not familiar with a wiki, you might want to have a look at the sanbox and metasandox page to get an idea.
