Apologies, our web provider appears to be having problems due to a
hardware upgrade. I suggest you download the compressed file, which ends
in .bz2 .. and get bzip2 to decompress it. If you're on linux you
probably already have it, if not, get it from
http://sources.redhat.com/bzip2/
