In recent times Freenet seems to use about twice as much downstream
bandwidth as the upstream, whether the latter is limited by the internal
Freenet bandwidth limiter or externally. Is this known behaviour? Or
is it just something that happens with my setup? This becomes of
significance because most UK ISPs have gleefully discovered a new
revenue stream from charging their ADSL customers for data transferred
