I am in the uk and i too have problems with the
Freenet Installer.

When i run it i just get the message

"unable to launch the specified application".
When choosing details i get the message

"An error occurred while launching/running the
application.

Category: Invalid Argument Error

Could not load file/URL specified:
http://downloads.freenetproject.org/alpha/installer/freenet.jnlp";

I am in the uk and i can manaually access the .jnlp
installer file.

I have the most up to date java and have rebooted to
make sure.

I also had major problems with 0.5 but managed to
install that by hand!

Any help would be great but ill wait for the offline
installer as that will save a great many problems!!
