That depends on what you mean. The objective of freenet is that it be very difficult for an attacker to determine who is posting, or reading, a particular freesite or Frost post. Also freenet 0.7, if used properly, makes it difficult for an attacker to discover that you are running a freenet node. However you can only have this protection against discovery, and protection from various attacks, if you use 0.7 as a "darknet" i.e. you connect only to people you know/trust already. In any case, you are more vulnerable to somebody whose node you are connected to than to somebody you are not connected to.
Now, the present implementation does have weaknesses, as it is only an alpha. However, that is our objective, and we have gone some way towards it.
