Changelog: 1002: - Fix a major recent bug which caused bandwidth usage way over the limit, low payload % (inefficient use of bandwidth) and packets that were far too large. 1003: - Make 1002 mandatory on December 13 (2 weeks) - Fix the USK inserts bug (which broke jSite inserts, for example) - Probably fix the node to node messages flooding bug - Significantly reduce the size of the packets sent at the end of connection setup; this should fix connection issues where a firewall does not allow fragmented packets. - Require a public key on all node references.
