Thanks for trying Freenet. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. A 
recent change in the Windows installer may have fixed this bug, so please 
uninstall and try again, from the button on the website. Please let us know 
whether or not this works. Thanks! I have CC'ed our Windows expert.
