You sure it's freenet's java process that is taking up all the CPU? You
can check the wrapper.log to possibly get a better idea of what it's
doing, if it is the culprit. Maybe it's a one-time cache cleanup or
something. It should definitely not be taking that much CPU power
normally. Your system specs are more than adequate.
