Freenet should not dump your database unless the log level is set fairly 
aggressively. What are your log level settings? The above indicates a broken 
FreenetURI, but this should not break your whole database.

Should be fixed in 1310. Please confirm when it's out. Only happens in any case 
when the database is not working i.e. it's broken or waiting for a password.

This one is fixed already in 1309.

You don't need to delete your datastore. There are some corruptions due to node 
bugs but they are not necessarily fatal to all of your downloads.
