Freenet 0.7.5 build 1367 is now available. Please upgrade, it will be mandatory
in a week on the 3rd of May.

This build includes a significant change aimed at optimising Freetalk, FMS and
similar chat apps and plugins based on Freenet. This is called RecentlyFailed.
Basically, when we send a request, other nodes remember this for an hour, so if
the data is found, it is sent back to us; this is called ULPRs, and allows
reasonably fast messaging while only sending a request a few times an hour.
RecentlyFailed takes advantage of this to terminate requests for keys that
we've had lots of requests for recently. Hopefully it will reduce the current
average unsuccessful SSK request time of around 19 seconds. If successful, this
should increase the number of SSK requests we can send, how many USKs we can
poll, and therefore significantly improve the performance of Freetalk and
similar tools.

Other changes:
- Statistics on average time taken by local SSK requests as well as CHK
requests (which we already had).
- German and Russian updates (Danish will be in the next build).
- Fix the max-size= problems with copying URIs - downloads and uploads no
longer include ?max-size, and Freenet can parse URIs wih ?max-size= in them.
- Minor fixes to make it easier to run Freenet in an OSGi plugin container.

The new code has been tested, but it is a significant change so it might cause
disruption. Please report any bugs on IRC, on the mailing lists, via Freetalk
or FMS, or using the bug tracker. Thanks!
