This is why I specifically said that your friends and family are where the battle is really at -- not some impersonal public demonstration in front of the bad guys' palace. (If your friends are online, then Freenet is useful. If you expect to teach online strangers, then I believe you will probably fail. Speaking from (extensive!) personal experience :p.) I don't believe "rogue governments" exist.
