Not likely any time soon. Technically it may be feasible but practically speaking Freenet uses 20GB/month+ of transfer, so even if we made it work it would either cost you a lot of money or make your mobile internet provider rather upset. Long term there are some ideas for transferring data from one mobile device to another.
