Odd. Try shutting down Freenet manually and then starting it back up (e.g ./run.sh stop; ./run.sh start). What version does it show now? Sometimes we get problems with the wrapper... 100% CPU suggests either: 1) You have some heavy plugins installed, e.g. WoT, Freetalk, Spider. 2) Your memory limit is too low in wrapper.conf (512 is good).
