If you want help, we might need logs to find out what happened (this is the support list). For privacy and security you don’t need to trust us as people: We don’t have any more power over your data than others. Freenet is free software, so you can inspect the source code or trust others to do so. Everything related to user data is distributed and secured by private/public key cryptography, so if you don’t give us the key to something, we cannot access it.
