Hi.
I am using freenet stable build 5106. Does config option
outputBandwidthLimit work? I lowered the value from default 12K to 6K and
later to 4K and freenet still uses almost full bandwith 16-18K. Now I am
forced to stop freenet when I want to use internet for other things and
start it again when I am done.
Maybe I have to set some other options?Roman
