Hi. The usual answer is as follows: - The first node must download each file individually. You will need freenet.jar, freenet-ext.jar, NodeConfig.exe, seednodes.ref, and some other stuff, from http://freenetproject.org/snapshots/ . - Once you have a working node, you can easily produce installable ZIP files by running the Distribution Servlet. This is the "Spread Freenet" link on the web interface. - For linux we do provide a full tar.gz.
Having said that, we may provide a ZIP file with all needed for a Windows install, as it wouldn't be too difficult to implement.
