that's the version of the systray utility for windows, a small freenet starting/stopping tool for windoze user convenience the node's version is shown at the node's web-interface at http://127.0.0.1:8888/ which btw is your first entry into the freenet world. if you've made yourself comfortable check out programs like Frost, FUQID and FIW that use more of freenet's capabilites
