Just move the entire directory from one system to the other.  If you
have hardcoded your IP in the config file change it to the new IP
address.  As long as the move doesn't take more than a few days your
node should work just fine.  When your node tries to connect to your
peers they should see your same node ref on the new IP address and
update their records.  Also ARK's (Address Resolution Keys) work quite
well and your node should insert a new ARK when it is runnning on the
new IP, your peers that are firewalled should pick this up and contact
you in a matter of hours.  Keep the same port number if you can is my
only advice.
