If the installer worked, it's likely that you have a compatible implementation 
of java. There should be a Browse Freenet icon both on the desktop and on the 
start menu under "The Free Network Project" or something similar. That should 
open a copy of firefox which is tweaked for Freenet. If you can't find 
either, try opening http://127.0.0.1:8888/ - if freenet is running this 
should open. If that doesn't even work then look in the freenet directory for 
a file called wrapper.log, and send us it.
