I've installed freenet, but opening the "first time wizard" gives me an
"Internet Explorer cannot display this page" error.  Here is the text shown
in the installation dialog box.  It looks like there is some problem.

The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the
minimum password length, password complexity and password history
requirements.

wrapper  | CreateService failed - The account name is invalid or does not
exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified. (0x421)

                - Start the node up

The service name is invalid.
