That was with 1195. With 1196 I do seem able to connect. Currently on opennet, for example, I am connected to 9, and disconnected from 9. The strangers stat's page shows some data flowing between my peers, 0% overload probability, %Time routable ~99.9% for the connected nodes, and 100% for the disconnected nodes :P.
