I'm on Win 10 x64 Pro v. 10.0.17763.557, latest Freenet installer version
(B.1484), Java (x64, 1.8.0_211-b12), Firefox (x64, 67.0.2).

Actually, for telling you the truth, since I moved to Linux (ages ago) I've
lost contact with Windows programming. :-)
So, I didn't used any special editor. Just the Windows internal (Notepad).
I stopped Freenet -> Exit (via it's Tray icon) and edited the INI after a
while.
Giorgos.
