Actually, for telling you the truth, since I moved to Linux (ages ago) I've lost contact with Windows programming. :-) So, I didn't used any special editor. Just the Windows internal (Notepad). I stopped Freenet -> Exit (via it's Tray icon) and edited the INI after a while.
