Valerie, the previous message was not directed at you personally,
it was misdirected to the list. Command messages need specific words
in the subject line to be interpreted as commands, rather than as
messages to be sent to the list.
And, the easier way to change the parameters of your
subscription, such as changing to digest, can be done through the
link published with the note announcing the change of mailing list
host.

Why do I have to do this and what do you mean by changing the subscription to digest format? I like getting the email straight to my computer without having to enter a website.
