I'm not sure what Clif meant, but if I were doing it, I'd run a notes 
report from the output tab (the Assigned To report would make more 
sense for a tickler file) and enter a range of due dates (current 
week, for example). This would give you a list of notes assigned to a 
particular staff member for followup this week.
