I think this is a small bug in the transfer to names script for the
Contacts file.  You can just say yes to the replace (as I recall, the
routine uses a hidden layout on which it does some find and replace
steps to get the names for the found contacts) each time or fix the
bug.  The fix is to: 

go into the Contacts file
go to Script->Scriptmaker 
highlight the "Select Names for Found Set" script.  
Click Edit
Highlight the script line beginning with "Replace"
At the bottom, check "Perform without dialog"
Click OK
Click Done
Now try it again
