Carolyn,
I am not guaranteeing anything, but are you by chance telling the printer
(in the print set up screen) that you are printing envelopes?
If you are, change it back to say you are printing a letter not an envelope.
If that gets the envelope to print, but on the end instead
of the top where it belongs change your layout from landscape to portrate or
vice versa. I had the same problem with my new
HP printer, though I am using a PC not Mac.

I need some help printing envelopes from an iMac to an HP LaserJet
printer. For this printer, envelopes must be fed in narrow edge first
and in the center of the printer print range. So far, my envelopes come
out blank. I've played with paper size, orientation, etc., even moved
the text block in Layout Mode with no luck. What do I need to do to get
an address on my envelopes?
