Pam, I just ran into the same problem last weekend. We have some very long names but there isn't too much room to expand the name field. Here's what I did: In Layout mode, go to the report (note that there are 4 of these layouts, you may want to modify them all). I changed the name field from 10 to 9 point and enlarged it vertically so that 2 lines would display. You will also have to enlarge the Body part of the report slightly to accomplish this, I'd suggest moving the field upward a bit also to minimize the enlargement of the Body. This works fine for very long names, since they just wrap to the second line. Another option (if you have the font file available), is to change the font from Arial to Arial Narrow.
