Hi! I'm a newbie to ebase, trying to use Filemaker Pro version 4 to share
ebase over the internet. I set up the web companion, and set up web
sharing on all the files (I have ebase 1.0.2) and I'm still having
problems.

I tried taking out the _ from a file, ie, I changed the name of names_.102
to names.102, because the Filemaker manual said that anything that has a _
before the file extension is hidden. Lo and behold, my website then
acknowledged that I was sharing the names database.

But i don't want to share just the names database (after that test, I
renamed the file and put the _ back in). I want to share ebase. The
default website says that i have no databases open and ready to share,
even though when I open ebase I see it saying, "Opening ebase as
multi-user to allow guest access over the network" and after i put in my
password, it gives the same message for all the other databases.

I went into the admin screen, view 2, and pressed "Set to multi-user
mode". I tried going to the website, which didn't work, and I also tried
going to FIle:Open in my filemaker, and then clicking on "Hosts", entering
the IP address WITH the port number, and it still didn't work.

Help! I know I can share files, because it worked, but how can I share
*ebase*!
