I'm not sure I follow you through "getting blank screen" and "go to
view payments". Please run through step-by-step what you do to get a
blank screen, and what the screen looks like. I gather from "A few
times..." that the blank screen only happens sometimes. Anything you
can add about what conditions give you the blank screen and what
doesn't will help us all see what's happening.
