No. You have to re-route all references, not just relationships. So that includes
sub-script calls from scripts in other files. It's a huge pain in the ass.
If you have or can get ahold of a copy of FMP Developer, that includes a tool that
will change file names and automatically update all references. It's much, much
easier.
