One suggestion.  If records are entered as anything but Ind in the
Record Type field, the "Name Line" shows either nothing or what's in the
Bus/org field.  Locate those records and see what record type they are. 
If the records are truly individuals, then change the record type to
Ind.  If they are truly businesses, you will be able to "find" them by
searching for the last name in the last name field, not the "Name Line"
field.  There's a method to this maddness, and I suggest you play with
it and think about the benefits before monkeying with this design
"feature."
