Not sure what you are referring to. FileMaker saves entries as soon 
as you commit the record - i.e., strike the Enter key, or click 
outside a field. If you are referring to the Fast Find Fields in the 
gray area at the bottom of the home screen, those get updated on 
request, when you run the Replace All Find Fields script. If this 
doesn't help, you'll need to explain more about what you are looking 
for.
